Questions About Your Dental Care

Need assistance? Have a question? Check out the list of frequently asked questions below. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, please feel free to contact us by e-mail at: info@drbarberee.com

1. Is Dr. Barberee taking new patients?
Yes! We are always happy to see new patients at our office. We are willing to help you with anything from regular check-ups to emergency dental services. Whatever your needs may be, we can and will help, usually without having to wait weeks for an appointment.

2. Do you treat children?
Yes, we do. We enjoy seeing them and we specialize in making their visits as enjoyable as possible. We generally recommend that their first visit be some time soon after they can sit for about 15 minutes. The goal of this visit is simply to ease any anxiety and make sure there are no major issues that might not have been noticeable. If we get to clean and polish that’s a bonus!

3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or CareCredit.

4. Do you have any payment plans?
Yes! A 5% discount is available for up front cash and check payments over $500.00. Unfortunately, this offer does not apply to credit card payments. You can also apply for 12-month interest free financing of your treatment by checking out CareCredit.

5. How much will my insurance pay?
There’s really no great answer to that question because plans are extremely variable. If you can provide us with your insurance information, we can give you a very good idea whether or not there will be a benefit and how much it might be able to cover. For more information please contact Dr. Barberee’s office.

6. Can I possibly just get my teeth cleaned?
Absolutely! We’re always happy to try and accommodate your requests, but Texas law does require a current examination (within 12 months) to allow treatment. Your records from your previous dentist can meet this requirement with no issues.

7. Do you do braces?
Yes! Contact us for more information about the types of ortho treatments we provide.

8. How do I contact your office?
Please feel free to contact us by email or phone with your questions, comments, concerns, or suggestions. We welcome your feedback!
